Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Service BDC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service over the phone and scheduling service appointments. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work with Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
-Phone Handling: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing information as needed.
-Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule service appointments using our scheduling system, coordinating with customers and service department staff.
-Follow-up Calls: Conduct follow-up phone calls to customers after their service visits to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
-Customer Service Metrics: Work towards achieving and maintaining high Customer Service Index (CSI) metrics, bonus incentives will be provided for meeting or exceeding these metrics.
-Data Entry: Utilize Microsoft Office applications for data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
-Energetic Approach: Bring excitement and energy to the role, creating a positive and engaging experience for customers.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a customer service or phone-based role is preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and energetic work environment.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
