Acura of Bay Shore is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to become a vital part of our dealership, especially with a major recall campaign on the horizon.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and diagnose vehicle problems accurately.
- Write clear and concise repair orders outlining customer needs and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Upsell additional services and products in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent; automotive training a plus.
- General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valid in-state Driver’s License and clean driving record.
