Position: Automotive Express Service Advisor
Location: Orland Park Division, Tinley Park, Illinois

Summary:
The Automotive Express Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling automotive services, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in the Orland Park Division. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, and will be responsible for coordinating service requests, communicating updates, and ensuring timely and accurate completion of all service-related tasks. Additionally, the Automotive Express Service Advisor will assist in driving sales and maximizing profit through upselling and cross-selling services and products.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner, and assist with their service needs
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, and effectively communicate updates and timelines throughout the service process
- Recommend and sell automotive services and products to meet customer needs and increase revenue
- Monitor and track service appointments and schedules to ensure timely completion
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Communicate with service technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service completion
- Utilize computer software programs to track and document service requests and sales
- Stay up-to-date on automotive products, services, and industry trends
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and professional environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other team members
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and customer service platforms
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be able to work weekends and extended hours, as needed
