Experienced Service Advisor or Sales Professional

Role and Responsibilities:
· Be a professional communicator, with clients and with team members.
· We take care of PEOPLE, not just their cars.
· The upbeat face of the company that checks in clients, resells job once picking vehicle up, and takes payments when needed.
· Making sure phone presence is positive and professional.
· Set up appointments and schedule them accordingly.
· Ask questions to help understand client issues and pass along critical details to our team.
· Assist in assigning workload and monitor status of work orders.
· Estimate and sell work orders provided by our technicians.
· Ensure we are getting good inspections on all vehicles to make sure we are taking care of our clients and not missing anything needed.
· Address clients concerns or complaints if they happen and make sure we get a positive resolution, involve the store manager as needed.
· Assist in keeping technicians on track and productive, maximizing their efficiencies.
· Ensure proper information is getting onto work orders including customer information, emails, notes, parts, labor, sublet etc.
· Making sure we are opening our store on time and that closing procedures are followed.
· Help keep the client lounge and office in a clean and pleasant environment for our clients.
· Eventually lead morning huddle with Technicians discussing the days schedule.
· Build & maintain the culture of a clean, safe, and positive work environment.
Requirements:
· Pervious Service Advisor Experience or equivalent Sales experience.
· Willingness to train and learn
· Ability to communicate well and be an active listener
· Ability to travel twice a year for training
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks despite interruptions
· Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
· Must have a clean driving record and be insurable by our insurance company
