We have super aggressive pay plans with great benefits (all benefits start after 60 days/2 calendar months). Own a Nissan? All work performed by our techs is billed at ONLY $40 per hr with parts/sublet at cost!!!!! Own something else (for now), pay only $70 per hr with parts at cost+10%.

Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
- Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary
- Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service department
- Reinforces company policies and adheres to company standards
- Encourages compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations

What constitutes Best of the Best?
1. CSI is at/above 93% of highest possible scores of current OEM Maximum score (930 of 1000 or 4.65 of 5.00, etc)
2. Top FH's per RO, ELR, Labor / Parts Sales per RO. (HPRO >> Import = 1.8+ or Domestic = 2.6+ or Luxury = 3.7+) - (ELR at/above 75% of Door Rate)
3. High production sales in all major commodities (Brake Services, Tires, Alignments, "K" Svc Packages, Quick Struts/Shocks, Flushes, etc.)
4. Reynolds IGNITE with Advanced Service Experience is a HUGE plus!!!
5. Multi-language (English with Spanish, Korean, etc.) abilities is a HUGE plus!!!
5. Equipment: 40+ 2-Post Lifts, 3 Hunter Alignment Racks, 3 sets of Hunter Revolution Tire Machines, 3 sets of Hunter Balancers, 2 Hunter Alignment/Tread Analyzers, 2 Huge Power Tire Carousels, 12 Nissan Battery Testers, Surface Pro Tablets for all Advisors, etc., etc., etc. We have it all!!!
