Responsibilities - Sales Manager:
- Monitors customer activity
- Trains and helps improve the performance of salespeople.
- Hires, Trains. motivates, counsels, and monitors performance of all salespeople.
- Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
- Answer internet leads.
- Helps make appointments.
- close deals in person and over the phone.
- Early management involvement on every deal.
Qualifications - Sales Manager:
- Automotive sales experience is required.
- Management Experience is preferred.
- An outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and good driving record

Pay: $115,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
