Looking for an Account Manager to join our team in our Kennesaw office. This person will be responsible for the daily entry and monthly reconciliations of financial data. The focus of this vital role is to maintain accurate financial reporting and support shop locations with administrative functions. The Account Manager is responsible for addressing shop issues and responding to questions.   

As an Account Manager on our Accounting team, you will have full P&L responsibilities for multiple shop locations. Deliver financial reporting and analysis that helps shop and corporate management make educated financial decisions. Use your hands-on understanding of the closing cycle, cost accounting, and other routine accounting functions to accurately close the books monthly. Reporting to the VP of Corporate & Finance, your ability to effectively manage multiple store financials will bring significant value to our fast expansion plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and other day to day accounting responsibilities.
• Prepare, import, and audit Purchasing card transactions back to POS system.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for each shop.
• Review monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconcile and prepare monthly variance reports.
• Work closely with the VP of Finance and timely communicate financial data or issues.
• Support the shops in various administrative functions.
• Highly Knowledgeable & Strong Excel Skills a must.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 1+ years of relevant accounting experience with multi-entity experience.
• Thorough understanding of general ledger accounting, cost accounting, and account reconciliations.
• Experience with Accruals, Prepaids, and intercompany transactions.
• Detailed oriented with excellent planning and organization skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications.
• Experience with Sage Intacct accounting software a plus.
• Team player that openly participates and handle projects requested by management and works effectively across all departments.

Salary: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
