Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve monthly sales targets

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Familiarity with upselling techniques and strategies
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing calculations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual is a plus
