We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment and have a passion for cars.
```Duties```
- We work by appointment only! Make outbound calls to internet inquiries in order to set appointments
- Review credit application and other financial documents with customers to assist with obtaining financing for automobile purchases
-Sit with customers and build rapport. Friendly and outgoing is a must.
-Be reliable and self motivated.
- Discuss budget and credit as necessary
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle
- Conduct test drives to showcase the features and performance of different vehicles
- Provide information on pricing, financing options, and warranties
- Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for vehicle sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the automotive industry
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems
- Strong math skills for calculating pricing, financing options, and discounts
- Excellent sales support skills, including active listening and effective communication
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and customer interactions
- Fluency in Spanish or other multilingual abilities is a plus
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences

Pay: $65,350.75 - $78,701.98 per year
