The Steve Napleton Dealer Group is looking for Automotive Bi-Lingual Sales Consultants for our Oak Lawn Ford location! We offer an eco-friendly facility, excellent benefits, aggressive pay, a clear path to career growth and generous bonuses.
As a New and Used Automotive Sales Consultant, you will receive training for certification from Ford as well as support and training from the in-store management team. Most of our managers have been grown in house from Sales Consultants to management and offer years of experience to guide you on your road to success.
Automotive Sales Consultants have access to several lead generating sites as well as an advanced customer management tool to assist in producing sales. This position will hopefully lead to greater opportunity to directly handle critical aspects of the sales process.
AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain an expert level of product knowledge for customer demonstration
- Work the CRM tool for a high level of sales effectiveness
- Assist customers in the completion of their applicable sales documents
- Follow sales process as defined by management
- Build a successful referral network
- Complete Manufacturer specific training as needed
- Work with existing customers to improve ownership experience by re-introducing them to technology and features on their new vehicle
AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Strong negotiation skills
- Quality customer service skills
- Good sales and/or customer service track record
- Authorized to work in the US
- Must have a valid driver's license
AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT JOB TYPE:
- Full-time
AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT PAY: We offer a competitive pay plan with weekly salary and monthly bonus
- $75,000 - $125,000 +
