Car Sales Executive
Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
- Conduct test drives to showcase the performance and features of different vehicles
- Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for each sale
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on industry trends, new car models, and competitor offerings
Experience:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar role required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail math and inventory control principles
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and financing options
- Organizational skills to manage multiple leads and customer interactions
- Ability to cold call potential customers to generate leads
