Extreme Wheels is looking for a talented and motivated autoParts Sales consultant to join our sales team. Catering to all makes and models, such as: Nissan, Infiniti, Porsche, BMW, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Honda, Ford, Chevrolet, and much more. Extreme Wheels operates out of a facility in Gilbert, Arizona.

Job Description: As a Extreme Wheels, you will be apart of our sales team to provide the best experience for our customers in their wheel and tire buying experience. 95% of our business is outside of Arizona, distributing all over the country and worldwide. As part of our retail sales team, the following duties are performed on a day to day basis.

As a Automotive Parts Sales consultant we will be giving you hot leads to sell wheels, tires, lift kits, lowering kits, auto accessories, truck, suv and car wraps, ppf and window tinting. You are NOT required to have experience as we offer paid training. We just require that you have an interest in the automotive industry.

• Answer incoming sales phone calls
• Handle sales inquiries
• Utilize our support ticket system to field inquiries
• Be logged in to our Live Chat system to handle questions
• Assist with customer product questions
• Input customer orders
• Asking for the sale
• Customer follow up

Experience: We are looking for a blended individual with a desire to succeed, some sales experience, and some wheel fitment knowledge.

• Being able to give honest answers or solutions to problems is more important than knowing everything about anything.
• A person who is motivated by customer satisfaction, but has the desire to earn money.
• A well spoken person that knows how to gather customer information and focus on the sale.
• General understanding of the wheel and tire products.
• Must be very internet savvy and understand the ins and outs of Microsoft Outlook.
• Have previously used some type of ERP system (we use Quickbooks Enterprise).
• Organization and follow-ups are extremely important to success.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
