Automotive Parts Manager (Stellantis Dealer)

Job Summary:
Route 130 Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for a Parts Manager with extensive CJDR experience. Our dealership is a brand new 3 year old dealership that is state-of-the-art, and has a beautiful working environment. Duties:
- Manage all aspects of parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for data entry and tracking
- Conduct demand planning to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts
- Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with technicians to identify parts needed for repairs and maintenance
- Perform regular inventory audits to reconcile stock levels and identify discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and update inventory management systems
- Provide guidance and support to the parts team, including training and development opportunities

Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with proficiency in CMMS software
- Knowledge of demand planning principles and techniques
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Experience in shipping receiving procedures and inventory control
- Ability to perform basic equipment repair tasks (e.g., HVAC systems)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with vendors, technicians, and team members
- Proven ability to manage a warehouse environment efficiently
