Work Hours
Monday - Saturday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
What You bring to Brakes 4 Less
- You consider yourself a positive leader that is customer centric and process oriented, has experience building and leading high performing teams from the ground up
- You value relationships with your customers and have extensive experience with a sales process (ie: Automotive shops, Car Dealer, Car Rentals, or other related Sales experience)
- You are mechanically inclined with a strong desire to learn; a mindset towards getting better everyday
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail and you find fulfillment from hard work and achieving goals
- Works well with different personalities and a strong communicator
- You have a passion for cars and the Automotive Industry
Responsibilities
- Oversee the service order process, present customers with their best options for repair, provide quotes and deliver a great customer experience
- Creating an environment where safety is a priority for our customers and team members
- Support Technicians in diagnosing vehicle problems when needed
- Manage the inventory process and order parts when necessary
- Create weekly schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Manage technician productivity and maintain effective employee relations
