Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Hodges, South Carolina
Job Description:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required.
Execute projects in accordance with the established project plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget constraints.
2. Capital Investment Projects:
Oversee and manage projects involving significant financial investments, including the acquisition, upgrade, or maintenance of physical assets.
Conduct thorough financial analysis, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for capital projects.
3. New Product Introduction (NPI):
Lead cross-functional teams through the NPI process, from concept to market launch.
Ensure effective coordination between design, development, testing, and production teams to meet project milestones.
4. MS Project and Obeya Expertise:
Utilize MS Project for project planning, tracking progress, managing budgets, and analyzing workloads.
Implement Obeya principles, establishing and maintaining a collaborative project room to enhance transparency and communication.
5. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project status, and address concerns.
Foster positive relationships with team members, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
