Luxury Import Automotive Parts Manager

Highline, Import, Luxury, Franchise Dealership seeking Parts Manager - Company Confidential

We're looking for an Automotive Parts Manager with a track record of proven leadership, high performance, and customer service for our Greenville, SC location.

This position will supervise approximately 7 people including parts advisors, warehouse staff, wholesale drivers, etc...

Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years of parts management experience at a franchise dealership, highline import franchises are preferred.

Candidates will be neat and professional in appearance, be able to communicate clearly and effectively, and be able to multitask. CDK or R&R experience is a must.

Base salary with exceptional commission-based pay plan, moving assistance will be negotiated, if necessary, group benefits, company demo, and paid time off.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 5 years’ experience in parts management

• Technical automotive knowledge

• Ability to manage others

• Computer literacy

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Hire, train, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff

• Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments

• Monitor and adjust inventory

• Guarantee all parts are properly tagged

• Supervise stock order procedures

• Work closely with parts and service personnel to ensure the timely turnaround of parts needed

• Provide technical assistance when necessary

• Develop and enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction

• Enforce safety requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
