Responsibilities:
- Cashiering for the parts and service department as well as giving change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
- Have every repair order signed by the customer at time of payment
- Closing parts and service invoices
- Reconcile cash drawer daily
- Handling incoming calls and providing customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Stocking in new and used vehicles in a general entry
- Preform clerical duties as assigned
- Maintain service files timely.
- Scan and file for all departments
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Previous call center experience is a huge plus (phone experience at any level is preferred but not required)
- Previous cashier experience is preferred
- Dealership experience preferred but not required
- Team-oriented
- Excellent listening/communication skills as well as outgoing and positive personality
- Prompt and courteous
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and technology systems
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Must be available to work Saturdays
