Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and creating service appointments
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them warmly in person and over the telephone
- Receipting payments
- Maintains safe and clean reception area and comply with Privacy Laws
- Make our customer happy and have them keep coming back
Skills/Qualifications:
Customer Service call center experience, telephone skills, verbal and non verbal skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills
Salary: Starting at $15.15 an hour
$15.50 after 6 months
$16 after 1 year
$17 after 2 years
