As a Service Advisor for our Audi store, you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining customer concerns and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records and excelling in a customer focused service process.
- Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the customer.
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
- Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customer's payment, including deductibles.
- Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into service database system.
- Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection through a digital multi-point inspection.
- Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
- Present a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns.
- Excel in hours per repair order production and exemplify a customer centric approach to clientele while keeping focus on quick vehicle turnover.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
