As an Automation Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our software platform.
Leveraging your expertise in QA methodologies and automation tools, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct regression testing and performance testing to assess system stability and scalability.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Skills & Requirements :
- Working hours within GMT +/- 3 hours
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong emphasis on software testing
- 1+ year of experience in automation testing, with proficiency in Playwright and Typescript
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to implement and utilize Automated Testing Tools
Nice to have :
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and marketplace integrations is a plus.
