Form of workAutomation Controls Technician -
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the commissioning, diagnosis, and calibration of equipment
- PLC and HMI programs creation/modification
- Troubleshoot electrical controls related to process issues
- PM Fanuc Robots (greasing, backups and battery replacement)
- Must be willing to work in other areas when needed (usually support maintenance on troubleshooting)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degrees such as Associate and High School Degrees in Technical, Associate, Education
- Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering.
- PLC programming (Preferent Allen Bradley/Beckhoff)
- HMI (preferred Panel view AB)
- Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams
- Controls Systems
- Familiar with Building Automation System(s) hardware/software
- Verbal communication skills
