Summary: Hiring Automation Control Techs, Weld Techs, Control Techs and Robotic Techs for troubleshooting, repair and programming tasks related to robotic systems.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with ABB Robots (S4C & IRC5 Controllers) and Motoman Robots (NX100, DX100, & DX200 Controllers)

• Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLCs With RSLogix 500 and Studio 5000 Programming Software

• Knowledge of Siemens PLCs With Step 7 Programming Software

• Understanding of Allen Bradley Power Flex and Indramat drives

• Proficiency in EtherNet/IP and Profibus communication protocols

• Ability to perform MIG and Resistance welding

Preferred Skills:

• Minimal experience with Fanuc and Kuka robots

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair various types of electrical controls, drives, communications, plant power, wiring, circuits, robot paths etc.

• Use laptop along with different software programs and network interfaces to communicate with equipment

• Make programming changes to PLC, HMI & robots as required

• Assist technical services in machine repair, change over, set up and operation as needed

 

 

Pay Details: $17.00 to $22.00 per hour
