SERVICE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM

Excellent Hourly Pay, Training & Benefits!

Your role will have a heavy customer-oriented aspect to it. You will help be the liaison between customers and our Service Advisors, providing customers with updates on the status of their vehicle, scheduling follow-up appointments, answering incoming calls, and helping with paperwork.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and assist service department visitors with a smile and helpful, professional demeanor
  • Answer calls on a multi-line telephone system in a courteous, professional manner
  • Manage loaner vehicles
  • Set service appointments
  • Screen and forward incoming calls, take and relay messages
  • Perform clerical duties such as scanning, filing, etc.
  • Perform other duties as needed


Qualifications:

 

  • Multi-line phone system experience is preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Clerical and administrative experience is preferred
  • A positive attitude and professional, well-groomed appearance
  • Must be dependable!
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
