SalaryService Advisor / Service Support Representative
PowerPro generators is one of Long Island’s largest Generator set sales and service provider, specializing in back-up power for homes and business. PowerPro has an extensive service network; completing over 7000 maintenance and service visits per year. We are looking to add a Service Support Representative to our team to aid in providing our customers with best possible service. Employee responsibilities are as follows:
- New service customer acquisition
- After Sales Support
- Providing Repair Estimates to Customers
- Customer Service
- Assisting the Service Department with daily operations
- Service rotation management
- Data entry / New Customer Input
- Service contract renewals
Potential employee must be: Computer Literate / self-motivated / have strong communication skills / Team player / highly organized / mechanical aptitude a plus
