SalaryResponsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist them in finding the right products or services
- Utilize strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels and replenishing as needed
- Assist with merchandising and ensuring the store is visually appealing
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of retail math and inventory control principles
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience in outside sales or phone etiquette is a plus
- Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and providing sales support
- Previous experience in a dealership setting is preferred
