Automotive Parts Counter Person

$14 - $18 per hour Dependent on Experience

McLarty Nissan of North Little Rock’s busy Parts Department has an immediate opening for a Parts Counter Person who will assist technicians or customers in dispensing and purchasing needed parts and supplies Experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities - Parts Counter Person:

• Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts.
• Issue parts and accessories to customers or technicians from the Parts Counter.
• Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts.
• Provide option of delivery service of orders using parts truck.
• Display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner.
• Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the Parts Counter.
• Maintain customer back-order file.
• Maintain master parts and price book.
• Receive original and duplicate copies of repair orders and place in order file.

Qualifications/Requirements - Parts Counter Person:

• Experience is required
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be a people-person with a friendly personality
• Computer proficiency
• Team-oriented, flexible, high level of customer service
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
