Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to potential customers - Provide information about products and services - Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments - Review or make changes to customer accounts - Handle customer complaints or concerns - Utilize phone etiquette to provide excellent customer service - Perform data entry to update customer records - Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services Requirements: - Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual) - Proven experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers - Ability to handle sales inquiries and promote products or services - Strong data entry skills for updating customer information accurately - Comfortable with outbound calling to engage potential customers
