Service Drive Greeter

West Valley Chrysler Jeep is hiring a Service Drive Greeter.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to111;

• Greet customers on the drive as they pull their car in for service
• Check in customers with initial vehicle information, customer contact information
• Answer service phone calls
• Use and update Xtime with service appointments as needed
• Assist in cashier out customers following their service
• Pull up customer cars when needed
• Assist in daily administrative tasks as assigned

Position Requirements:

• Clean driving record
• Ability to work a fast paced environment, customer service oriented department
• Work weekdays, and occasional Saturdays
• A team player, who can jump in and help
• Automotive experience helpful but not required

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
