Auto Collision Estimator

Greet customers and conduct a thorough inspection of their vehicle to identify all collision damage seen and unseen. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of Auto Collision estimating, excellent communication skills (verbal/written), highly organized and delivers superior customer service.
Overall responsibilities will include but not limited to: Coordinating blueprint process; Writing accurate and thorough estimates in a timely manner; Handling customer from initial estimate to delivery of vehicle, communicating/updating customer consistently throughout the process. Ordering parts through Collision Link, Parts Trader, and other sites.

• Greet customers and conduct a thorough inspection of their vehicle to identify all collision damage
• Prepare thorough repair estimates using computerized estimating software, ensuring that all repairs are in compliance with OEM guidelines
• Communicate with insurance adjusters to ensure that estimates are approved in a timely manner
• Accurately order parts and schedule repairs, ensuring that all repairs are completed on time and within budget
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process, answering any questions they may have and addressing any concerns
• Work with technicians on quality checks to ensure that all repairs meet the highest standards possible, including proper fit and finish, paint color match, and all mechanical components are working as designed
• Review and analyze technician's repair orders to ensure that all work performed is documented accurately
• Process billings and ensure files are properly close out in a very timely manner, informing leadership with any challenges
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail and highly conscious of delivery times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
