- Conduct, plan, and coordinate training related to cosmetic repair.
- Drive understanding using visual aids and other training material.
- Effectively recognize learning needs of others to achieve effective comprehension; build and amplify learner motivation.
- Leverage expertise to develop trainees' competence, efficiency, and skill.
- Conduct training on standard operating procedures.
- Occasional performance of production work as directed by management.
What the job requires:
To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.
- 6+ months in a reconditioning role level II and above at Carvana with no corrective action in the previous six months
- Schedule flexibility
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of work schedule
- Functional expertise in cosmetic repair, including preparation, body, and paint
- Experience troubleshooting and correcting cosmetic repairs at Company Inspection Center(s)
- Comprehension and consistent performance of LEAN principles, 5S principles, and standard operating procedures
- Ability to influence and inspire development
- Demonstration of Carvana values, sound judgment, and integrity
- A valid Driver's License
