Entry-Level Autism Support Technician or Experienced RBTs

At Indiana Behavior Analysis Academy (IBAA) we’ve made it our mission to provide quality services to children and teens with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who we have the privilege of assisting. Your success is our success. You’ll work closely with our Training Coordinator and talented management team. You’ll be matched with an experienced therapist and taught all of the skills you’ll need to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). IBAA offers entry-level positions at three expanding locations (both in Kokomo, IN). You’ll have the opportunity to work at our Early Learning Center (ages 3 yrs - 8yrs), our Intermediate Learning Center (ages 9 yrs -18 yrs) and/or at our IBAA and Options Charter School location (ages 10 yrs -18 yrs). Requirements:

-18 years-old

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Experience working with children

-Reliable transportation

-Ability to adapt to situations quickly and with a positive attitude.

-Ability to pass a background check.

Physical Requirements:

-You may be asked to engage in activities that require you to lift, push or pull 35+ pounds.

-Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crouch, walk, run, keep up with the pace of your assigned learner.

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8:25am-4:45pm
