If you join this mid-sized CPA firm on the north shore your hours won't be anywhere near what you’ll work in a Top 10 firm. Non-busy season is 36 hours and you can take every Friday off in the summer. Busy season you’re looking at 55 hours.
You will have clear regular progression opportunities, and you'll be given a coach and mentor to support you throughout your career.
The firm is known for having a progressive, collaborative culture that truly takes care of its people. You will still have the training, tech and resources of a larger firm, but without the intensity of hours or focus on 'the grind'.

You’ll be a key part of the Audit team. You’ll be in charge, leading audits for most of your clients. You’ll also get the chance to mentor and develop associates in the team. You’ll be given the opportunity to build relationships and engage with your clients, supporting and advising them on issues when they arise.
You’ll get the chance to work with a broad range of clients. The role would suit someone who wants a long- term career in Public, or it could be a great stepping stone for you to move into a Private role in the future.
The firm priorities there wellbeing of their staff; they know that happy, well-rested staff will want to stay with them and in turn provide the best service for their clients.
You can work on a hybrid basis, and you will have access to health, dental and vision, short and long term disability, life, FSA, 401k with employer contribution, a profit sharing plan and PTO allowance.
