DUTIES:
-Greets and ensures that all patients are signed in for appointments
-Responsible for triage of patients
-Performs pulmonary vascular (PVR) and electrocardiogram (EKG) tests for patients per
physician ’s request
-Ensures that treatment rooms are set up and cleaned before and after each patient
-Responsible for scheduling and confirming patient’s appointments via telephone/email
-Ensures that all patient information is charted into the office electronic health record
system (EHRS)
-Answers all incoming office phone calls
-Responsible for collection of patient’s co-payments/account balances as directed prior to
appointment.
-Responsible for preparing the daily account worksheet of all patient payments and
closing out the collections daily and providing final worksheet to office manager.
-Conducts chronic care management calls to patients
QUALIFICATIONS:
-High school graduate
- 1-3 years of working in an office environment; medical office preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Working knowledge of computers
-Effective verbal and written communication skills

BILINGUAL Preferred in: ENGLISH AND SPANISH
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday thru Friday; 9:00am-5:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 17 – 22 per week
