You will:
- Lead audit projects and participate in audit projects as directed
- Perform audit work, special projects and participate in subject matter specialist teams
- Apply audit skills to new business areas
- Participate in controls testing as directed to support LiveRamp's International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Certifications and Healthcare business
- Develop clear and concise written internal audit narratives, findings, and recommendations that may require some editing
- Support team on moderate to high complexity assignments
- Work with leader to develop and execute a training and professional certification plan
- Manage time, responsibilities, and priorities effectively with emphasis on contribution
Your team will:
Work on projects needed to make LiveRamp better. We identify and conduct projects we deem will improve LiveRamp. We work on items requested by the Board Audit Committee, and we work on projects requested by LiveRamp Management. These projects range from required compliance procedures to unique opportunities related to changes in the business. The work ranges from small, one day tasks to larger, in-depth, comprehensive, multi month, multi-disciplined challenges.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of internal auditing experience
- Proficiency in using Google products and the Microsoft Office Suite, and aptitude to understand and use technology, such as auditing software
- Intent to complete a relevant professional certification (e.g., CISA, CCSK, CCAK, ISO 27001 Auditor)
- Ability to write and communicate clearly and appropriately
- Ability to quickly understand direction and perform related tasks
- Demonstrates proficiency in basic audit skills and problem solving
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Bonus points:
- Public accounting experience (preferably Big 4 firm)
- Experience in an SEC reporting company
- Information Technology experience
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Hold a relevant professional certification (e.g., CISA, CCSK, CCAK, ISO 27001 Auditor)
The approximate annual compensation range is $84,000.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
