Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Audit Manager to lead our audit team. The Audit Manager will oversee audit engagements, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality audit services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive audit experience, and the ability to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment.

Must Work in Accounting firm

Responsibilities:

Audit Leadership: Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion. Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient and effective execution of audit procedures.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and address client concerns or inquiries promptly.

Audit Execution: Perform and review audit procedures to assess the accuracy of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulations. Document audit findings and recommendations.

Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to audit standards, policies, and procedures. Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, and deliverables to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification required.

Minimum 1 years of experience in public accounting or auditing, with 1 years in a supervisory role.

Thorough understanding of audit principles, standards, and practices.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
