As a Audio VisualLead Technician at Network Cabling Services (NCS) you will be challenged to excel on a daily basis. You will get to see entire projects through to successful completion and work with some of the most cutting edge equipment in the Security Installation/Integration space that there is today! You will receive first class Audio Visual training including various manufacturer and Audio Visual certifications, all company paid! Network Cabling Services (NCS) is looking for a results-driven Audio visual Lead Technicianin the Houston area who values the things we value! Job Responsibilities of an Audio Visual (AV) Lead Technician:

  • Perform all duties of an Audio Visual (AV) Technician
  • Perform all duties of a Site-Lead
  • Plan and assign crew tasks
  • Generate as-built drawings
  • Maintain current industry knowledge and certifications
  • Maintain and demonstrate knowledge of codes and standards
  • Drive on company business and assume responsibility of a company vehicle as needed and allowed
  • Ability to travel as needed!

What it takes to be successful as an Audio Visual (AV) Lead Technician:

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3 + years of related experience
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Audio Visual: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Leadership: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Houston, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 50% (Required)
