Title: Audio Visual and Digital Content Intern
Status: Part Time; Internship
Reports to: Director Broadcast Technology

Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that all display content is prepped, implemented and tested for all Fiserv Forum Events. This person will work directly with Digital Display Engineers and the line of business, serving as the primary loader and programmer of Daktronics & IPTV content. This position will provide oversight and support to DAK & IPTV gameday operators to ensure they are set up for success on all event days. This position requires availability to work majority of Fiserv Forum events. In this role, you will learn and operate all control room equipment as a back-up or main operator.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Digital Content across all of Fiserv Forum and Deer District displays.
- Oversee Content Delivery process and manage workflow through Wrike, while working in conjunction with Director of Broadcast Technology to delegate content & programming responsibilities.
- Work with other lines of business and external clients to ensure content is delivered appropriately and timely.
- Responsible for organization of folders within servers for IPTV and DAK computers.
- Set up and strike Audio Visual Production in and around the Deer District, Including Third Party Events and Press Conferences.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Live production or broadcast experience.
- Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be comfortable to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Able to attend most home Bucks games and Fiserv Forum events.
- Knowledge and experience with Ross Xpression, Daktronics, and control room management.
- Fluent in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Knowledge of NGSS Data Feeds, Microsoft Excel, XML Data Feeds, Wrike, Datalinq.
