ACCOUNTABILITIES
AUDIO-VISUAL INFRASTRUCTURE
Work closely with strategic internal partners such as facilities and IT, as well as vendors to define project scopes, develop budgets, and design and integrate av systems for permanent and temporary event installations.
Stay current on evolving audio-visual technologies.
Troubleshoot and maintaintain audio-visual equipment.
LIVE EVENT SUPPORT
Work as technical director alongside producers and content creators to deliver flawless C-Suite leadership events to our in house and remote streaming audiences.
Maintain a shared playbook on execution of live events.
VIDEO PRODUCTION SUPPORT
Provide technical support to our video production team both in studio and on location.
STRONG BUSINESS PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS
Build, develop and grow business relationships with partners across the organization fostering support for internal communication strategies and gathering feedback.
Partner with business stakeholders to stay constantly in-the-know on company initiatives.
Build trusting relationships with our external pool of vendors, suppliers and freelancers.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
6+ years of experience in professional audio-visual and/or event production related field
Deep understanding of Audio Visual components, controls, systems, software and signal flow
Experience in a digital video production environment
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate at all levels
Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills
Proven project management skills with ability to multitask without sacrificing detail
Excellent communication skills
PREFERRED
Degree in audio-visual and/or broadcast technology
Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience with a large company
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
