Attendant - Fb Pho Station

MAJOR FOCUS:

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers.  Takes orders, prepares food products, serves customers, accepts payment, and makes change.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Extends a friendly and courteous welcome and farewell to every arriving guest.
• Takes food and drink orders from customers.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Ensures eating areas are clean and organized.
• Operates the Point of Sale system.
• Handles all cashiering transactions in accordance with established policies.
• Prepares all menu items according to specific guidelines.
• Responsible for preparation of PHO soup/ Condiments and other Menu items available
• Ensures that hot/cold foods are maintained at proper temperatures.
• Keeps condiment station fully stocked and cleaned at all times.
• Ensures that trash is emptied regularly.
• Must be knowledgeable of the menu items.
• Provides exceptional customer service.
• Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests.
• Follows all relevant policies and procedures.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:

• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:

• Must have at least 1 year experience working with Asian Cuisine & Service
• Must possess high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience required.
• Prior experience in a food and beverage operation preferred.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
• Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire
• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
