Key Responsibilities for our AT&T Customer Service and Sales Representative:

• Engage with customers and assist them with services provided by our clients
• Process customer’s orders accordingly and then continue the process by tracking and managing the account, allowing for pure precision
• Work within a team environment and collaborate with departments on ways to enhance the customer experience
• Provide professional customer in a curious and empathetic manner
• Track customer activities between the sales and Customer Service team to continue improving the overall production to ensure the company is profiting
• Participate in daily team training meetings to keep expanding skill sets and industry knowledge

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service, sales, customer support, or a similar position
• Proven ability to work within a diverse team environment
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve and be adaptable in any situation
• Eager to learn and develop new skills
• Reliability and patience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
