GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Solution Trainer is responsible for the configuration and on-site hardware and software customer training for Recyclers, ATMs/ITMs, and other teller cash automation equipment. This position regularly has 1-3 overnights and travel each week.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

In order of importance – Include frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.)

  • Configure Recyclers, ATMs/ITMs, and other teller cash automation equipment to function properly with financial institutions.
  • Conduct on-site customer training of both hardware and software for Recyclers, ATMs/ITMs, and other teller cash automation equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and office staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Prepare and update, as necessary, documentation for Recyclers, ATM/ITM/s, and other cash automation equipment software.
  • Provide ongoing support for Recyclers, ATMs/ITMs and other cash automation equipment software.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer configuration information.
  • Manage and maintain parts and equipment inventory allocated to Solution Trainer.
  • Demonstrate Recycler, ATM/ITM and other cash automation equipment operation and functionality to prospective customers.
  • Maintain effective control and care of all company property (i.e., vehicles, tools, stocked parts inventory, etc.)
  • All other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • # of Direct Reports = 0
  • # of Indirect Reports = 0

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • High school education required.
  • Associates degree or military experience preferred.
  • Experience in a financial institution preferred.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Thorough knowledge of processes and equipment.
  • Good PC/computer skills
  • Clean driving record.
  • Experience using office application and other software related to the position (Dynacash, Dynacore, Network Manager, Jaguar)

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Able to effectively communicate with customer base, both orally and in writing
  • Able to understand, relate to, and apply concepts on a continuous basis.
  • Candidates must be team players with excellent communication skills and possess the ability to manage and research their assignments independently.
  • Candidates must possess strong decision making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
