PC Field Training Consultant (Storm)

What You'll Do: As a PC Field Training Consultant you will analyze, design, develop, and implement storm training needs for PC Claims. You will also establish a training curriculum to improve collective subject matter expertise and improve business results through the effective delivery of Field Training programs.
The PC Filed Training Consultant is responsible for monitoring the success of training by reviewing and analyzing audits with the Compliance team. You will also lead training projects for the Education and Compliance Department as needed.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
- College degree plus at least eight years relevant experience required.
- Six years of claims or underwriting experience required.
- CPCU designation preferred.
- A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Records are required.
- Extensive travel (up to 75%) is required (including overnight).
- Ability to read, write and speak the English language.
