Job Description
NCR ATM and Bank Security Equipment Technician
Our Technicians provide services to various financial institutions throughout our service territories. They are dispatched daily on a call-by-call basis to these institutions to resolve whatever problem currently exists.
Technicians are responsible for the following:
- Service calls / Repair equipment
- Troubleshoot and determine corrective action
- Order Parts
- Repair equipment
- Maintain Truck inventory
- Communicate to customer on eta
- Once on site communicate the solution rendered and or plan to resolve issue if additional parts or equipment are needed.
- Communicate with dispatcher on an ongoing basis
- 98% of the time you do not work weekends!
Job Requirements
Proficient in some or all of the following:
- NCR ATM/TCR 2nd Line Repair
- Alarm - Install/Troubleshooting
- Access Control - Install/Troubleshooting
- CCTV Analog and IP Video Systems - Install/Troubleshooting
- Remote Drive up - tube systems - Install/Troubleshooting
- Physical Security (Locks, Vaults)
- Cash handling equipment/Coin Machines
- Developing Good Customer Relations

- IC Realtime, March Networks, Verint, Video Insight
- NCR ATM and TCR, SDM1, SDM2, S1 Dispenser, S2 Dispenser
- Triton ATM
- Maglock, Motion Detector, Door Strike, REX
- Pneumatic Tube Systems, Deal Drawers, Night Drops
- Hamilton, Mosler, Autoveyor, Lefebure
- Mechanical Locks, Electronic Locks, Safe Deposit Locks
- S&G, Sargent and Greenleaf, Lagard, Kaba
- Coin Machines, Magner
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Safe Driving Record
- Pass Drug Test and Background Check
- Felony Free Record
Required Education:
High School or equivalency Diploma
