Summary of Job Duties:
30%- Work with grant partners to discuss, assist with and monitor work plan implementation to ensure that work plan goals are being properly accomplished by each district. 30%- Ensure that all documents necessary to successfully implement work plans are completed, collected, and submitted to the appropriate office/person in a timely manner. 30%- Monitor the budget, submit expenses with proper documentation, ensure accuracy of expenses, and ensure that all necessary expense documentation is properly filed. 10%- Other duties as assigned by Director.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree may be approved. Masters preferred. Five years experience in both K-12 and higher education program development and administration. Additionally, the candidate should have three years experience working with racially and socioeconomically diverse populations.
