Requirements:
  • Assist in designing and planning of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects
  • Collect and analyze traffic and ITS related data
  • Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure project delivery on time and within budget
  • Has worked on the development and implementation of traffic control plans, signing and marking plans, Traffic signal design plans, signal timing plans and Fiber Optic/ITS design plans
  • May participate in field inspections and testing to ensure compliance with design specifications
  • Keep up to date with latest technologies, innovations and industry best practices in the field of Traffic/ITS engineering


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Traffic especially in ITS engineering
  • Knowledge of ITS related designing is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Synchro, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel for field inspections


The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
