We seek an Associate Therapist pursuing their LPC, LCSW, or LMFT for full or part-time positions in the Salem, Oregon, office. Hybrid position
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $48,300 to $85,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Must have completed their master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Must meet minimum criteria for Oregon QMHP under the requirements section.
Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
Solid computer and basic technology skills
Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.
