💼 Job Description

MyWellbeing is now hiring LMSWs, MHC-LP's and LMFT-LP in the state of New York to join our in house Dedicated Program.  

You are a great fit for this role if you:

• Are interested in gaining your clinical hours toward full licensure through direct clinical private practice setting with individual adults in tele-therapy.
• Look forward to attentive, collaborative 1:1 and group supervision.
• Are hungry for a community of fellow mental health providers and advocates.

The ideal candidate has:

• Either an LMSW, MHC-LP, or LMFT- LP in the State of New York 
• Clinical experience with adult, outpatient, tele-health clients
• Passion for and experience working with high functioning young professionals
• Appetite and excitement to dive into a entrepreneurial private practice setting

💸 Salary and Unique BenefitsThe context:

Before diving into the details: let's talk for a brief moment about money.

One of our core values is making therapy more financially accessible for clients. Our session rates are 60% of market rate ($159/session) and we are in-network with Cigna, Aetna, United, and BCBS (more coming soon) to bring down the financial barrier to care as much as possible.

We, probably like you, are frustrated that mental health providers are often underpaid and under-celebrated, especially at the onset of their career. Our Founder, Alyssa, remembers this all too well from her own experience as a therapist, as does our Clinical Director, Adriana, and each of our supervisors.

At MyWellbeing, we are on a mission to create an empowering environment for clients AND providers. We pay providers as much as possible within the bounds of what we earn per session and have a strong track record of celebrating our team and offering benefits that far surpass comp alone.

The Details:

This position has two pathways part-time or full-time.

• All associates begin part-time (or fee-for-service) with the opportunity to transition to full-time. 
  • Part Time Caseload expectation is a minimum of 15 clinical sessions a week. 
  • Full Time Caseload expectation is a minimum of 28 clinical sessions a week. 

As an Associate Therapist, you'll receive:

$32/session plus $600/month in covered practice expenses, which include but are not limited to benefits like:

• $52,000 annual salary
