Full-Time Certified Hand Therapist/Physical Therapist

Qualifications:

· NYS Certified Hand Therapist/Physical Therapist.

· Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success.

· Preferably 1-2 years of experience working as a licensed therapist in an orthopedic outpatient clinic with hand therapy treatments. We are willing to train new graduates.

· Extensive splinting skills from elbow to fingertips.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and demands.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

· Certified Hand Therapist/Physical Therapist.

· Assessing patient's strengths and weaknesses.

· Devising treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries of muscle, nerves, joints, and degenerative disease.

· Post-operative physical therapy and hand/wrist therapy.

· Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

· Medical specialties include all hand therapy, splinting and physical therapy.
