The Associate Talent Managerwill work with a collaborative, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. The Associate Talent Manager plays an integral role in the success of The Talent Group by collaborating with the creative, sales and marketing teams to help propose, cast and book talent for commercial projects across all Conde Nast properties.
Associate Talent Manager (TTG Branded Content Booker)
Overview/Primary Responsibilities:

  • Source, scout, cast and book talent for Conde Nast branded content campaigns white label client campaigns, and user generated content (UGC) in campaigns
  • Identify diverse talent that matters to the Conde Nast audience across entertainment, food, fashion, design, beauty, fitness, tech, that includes but is not limited to tastemakers, entrepreneurs, influencers and celebrities
  • Extensive knowledge and invested interest in the talent landscape required, e.g. who is trending, upcoming projects, previous brand partnerships, general fee structure, representation
  • Must have relationships with Talent Agencies, PR Firms, Digital Influencer Agencies, Record Labels, Model Agents, etc.
  • Pitch and present talent to client and agency partners
  • Must be fully versed in all aspects of contractual talent booking including: executing contracts, talent negotiations, model booking, music clearances, content usage and SAG guidelines
  • Must have an understanding of white label, branded content, and UGC as well as experience pricing talent for activations including, sponsorships, advertising, paid + organic social posts, video, events and native
  • Must have experience in crafting deals with all forms of talent including but not limited to: celebrities, chefs, entrepreneurs, social media influencers, artists, athletes, musicians, designers, etc.
  • Help manage and oversee talent during on-site production
  • Help lead and execute talent pre-sale process and work with the pre-sale team in measuring progress, identifying at-risk opportunities, and enacting solutions.
  • Help craft and organize decks for client and agency partner presentations as well as any internal TTG promotional materials

Requirements / Skills:
  • 1-2 years plus of talent booking experience.
  • Strong communication skills, team player, eager to cooperate and collaborate with counterparts in the internal organization
  • Network of industry contacts
  • Keen eye for emerging talent and trends
  • Detailed oriented, highly organized, ability to multi-task and follow strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships, problem solve, and drive processes forward for change.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $73,000.00-$90,000.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
