Associate Systems Administrator

Maintain a comprehensive database; manage hardware and software repair, installation, and troubleshooting; configure and deploy assets, provision, and decommission accounts; monitor infrastructure performance.

• Shared responsibility for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and related infrastructure.
• Maintain a database documenting support, procedures, projects, and asset management. 
• Manage, resolve, and document cases related to hardware and software repair, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Configure, deploy, and manage hardware and software assets and the systems that facilitate those processes.
• Provision and decommission accounts for access to systems and applications. 
• Monitor infrastructure performance and remediate issues. 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and multi-function printers. The noise level in the work environment is moderate but can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting is required. This would require the ability to lift equipment, climb a ladder, and operate small hand tools, as necessary.

Travel Required

• One year of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Administration or related field
• Minor in business management or related field, or related coursework
• Three years of relevant experience
• Technical and security-related certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Cloud+)
